Pre-Shoot
PanaPix Pre-Shoots are a 'MUST' to show off the seasonal outdoor beauty of an upcoming listing. Have us shoot the Exterior on a sunny day - days or months prior to list date. Imagine showing a beautiful summer backyard or the glory of fall colours in the dead of winter while other listings are covered in a blanket of snow.
Up to 20 photos included and kept on file for future use.
Re-Shoot
This option if for a listing that we already did photos for and needs a refresh. We return to the property and re-shoot requested areas. A perfect option for those properties that painted, renovated, changed staging, been vacated or are still on the market through changing seasons.
Up to 20 photos included and updated in all media.
