Booking & Appointment FAQs

  • How do I book a photography/virtual tour appointment?

    Very easily! You can book your photography session by filling out the order form here, by emailing info@panapix.com or by calling/texting 905-713-9690. Once we receive the appointment request, we reserve a spot in our schedule for your appointment. You will be contacted the day before your requested date to establish timing.

  • How much advance notice do you need to book a shoot?

    The more, the better! We usually book up 1-2 days in advance. In a very busy market or for out-of-area shoots, we may require more notice as our spots fill up quickly. Booking early will help guarantee you a spot in our schedule.

  • Do you accomodate last minute/same day appointments?

    There is a chance we may be able to fit you in if you have a last minute or same day appointment request. Give us a call at 905-713-9690 to find out our availability.

  • What if I need to reschedule or cancel a booking?

    There is no charge for cancellations/reschedules as long they are done prior to photoshoot day.

    We have a strict cancellation policy for same day cancellations and on-site cancellations. 

    • For same day cancellations/reschedules, there is a $50 cancellation fee.
    • For same day cancellations/reschedules where we have arrived at the location, there is a $75 cancellation fee.

  • Who should attend the Photoshoot?

    Ideally, we ask that attendees (if any) are kept to a minimum. We can work more efficiently during the limited time we are on the property with less distractions. 

  • Are you able to access the home via Lockbox?

    Yes! With the seller's permission, we can access via Lockbox.

  • How long does it take on-site?

    For Photos Only – 30-45 minutes

    For Photos & Virtual Tour – 45-60 minutes

    For Floorplans – 15-20 minutes

    At the time of booking, please let us know should you have a large property as you may require extra time. 

  • What happens if it is raining/snowing/overcast?

    Nothin’ but blue skies at PanaPix! We are able to shoot in inclement weather and will add a blue sky to all of the exterior photos…at no extra charge.


    Alternatively, if you prefer to have a natural sunny day, we can shoot the Interior Only and return to shoot the exterior for an additional charge.


General FAQs

  • When will the photos and virtual tour be ready?

    You will receive your photos and virtual tour by 9 am the next day. Every property requires a different amount of processing/editing time and we send them to you as soon as they are ready. (Harassing us won't help you get them quicker!)

  • When will my Floorplan be ready?

    You will receive your Floorplans by 5 pm next day. Our Floorplans are hand drawn and do require time to ensure all the details are added correctly. We will send them to you as soon as they are ready.


  • How will I receive my Photos, Virtual Tour and Floorplans?

    For Photos only, you will receive a Dropbox link to download your photos. 

    For Photos & Virtual Tour, you will receive an email that contains a link to your Media Delivery website. Once you click the link to the website, you will find your Virtual Tour links, Photo Download options, YouTube Video link, etc.

    For Floorplans, you will receive an email with your Floorplan Package attached.

  • Can PanaPix add the Photos and Virtual tour to the MLS Listing?

    Unfortunately, we don't have access to the MLS and cannot do this.

  • Am I able to add other photos to the Virtual Tour?

    Absolutely! As long as the photos were taken by you or your seller, we can add them into the Virtual tour. If your photos were taken by a professional photographer or other Virtual Tour company, we need consent in writing prior to adding them into your tour due to copyright laws.


  • When will my virtual tours/photo download links expire?

    Your virtual tour comes with 1 year of hosting and the links expire after 1 year. They can be renewed on an annual basis for a nominal fee of $50.

    The download links for your Hi-Res Photo, Tour Video and Interactive Virtual tour expire after 1 month but can be re-generated by us anytime within 1 year anytime you need them.


  • Do you keep my photos on my file in case I need them in the future?

    Yes! PanaPix is the only company that keeps all of our shoots on file. Should you need the photos in the future, we can retrieve them from our archives at no cost. 

    We do recommend that you download and save all Photos & Media while your links are active.

  • When will I receive my Virtual Tour Traffic Report?

    Traffic Reports are automatically generated and sent out on Mondays. You  will receive Traffic Reports as long as the tour is active. 

  • How I turn off a Virtual Tour?

    If your property is sold, suspended or terminated, we will turn the tour off and remove the video from our YouTube channel.  Simply send us an email or reply to the property's Traffic Report to let us know.
